Consciously or not, willingly or by conditioning, we have the tendency to navigate this flow, try to control it and even create “dams” that restrict and delay vital energy as it wishes to be expressed through us.

This tendency is what creates our SECRETS, those which we keep from ourselves and those which we keep from others.
Nevertheless, even though they are pushed aside, our SECRETS keep on working inside us and create a huge disempowering impact in our lives.
