This website (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Pardess Ltd. “Homaya.org” (“COMPANY,” “we” or “us”).

By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and to use the Site in accordance with these Terms of Service.

By accessing this Site we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full.

To avoid misunderstandings, all orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below.

Commercial and financial responsibility

You agree to be financially responsible for all purchases made by you or someone acting on your behalf through the Site. You agree to use the Site and to purchase services or products through the Site, for legitimate, non-commercial purposes only.

If you wish to purchase products for commercial use, we invite you to contact us to discuss the conditions required for this.

Currency

All our prices are given in Euros and include shipping costs.

The costs do not include taxes.
The tax will be calculated on the basis of the commercial position of the buyer and in accordance with the customary place of purchase taxes.

You, the customer, are responsible for all local import fees and duties associated with your order and to know the applicable laws of your country governing imports.

All rights to errors, omissions or price change are reserved.

Goods delivery

Your items will be prepared for shipping within 4-7 business days after the order is completed.

You, the customer, are responsible to make sure you give us the correct delivery address. 

Homaya.org will not be responsible for items that are undeliverable or returned to us for any reason.

The goods are sent by registered mail and with protected envelope.

Arrival time depends on postal and shipping services that vary from country to country, therefore we do not have the ability to estimate the arrival time delivery.

If the shipment did not arrive after 30 days from the date of shipment, please contact us.

Refund Policy

Our return policy only refers to goods.

Content in electronic form which are downloadable (downloadable products) will not be refunded.

The right of cancellation and returning of goods ordered online: 30 days from the order date.

For meeting the return deadline, the return shipping date calculated from the date of invoice shall prevail.

Before you return merchandise, please contact us, explaining the issue to help us ensure that it does not re-occur.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The refund will be made in the same way the original payment was made , By Bank transfer or by ‘PayPal’.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once we have received the return.

Private session

Scheduling an individual session, private healing and consultation may be done through the site.

By signing in, you declare that you are informed and agree that: The private meeting does not attempt to give you answers, rather guidance and support by providing you light, healing clarity and wisdom. The healing is not a replacement for a medical care if and as needed from your point of view. We are not responsible in any way for any and all loss or harm that might happen due to the nature of the activity or the use of instruments involved. Note that you take full responsibility.

Private session Cancellation Policy

In case of being late to your distance healing appointment, you may either choose to shorten the session or reschedule it for a more convenient time, however, in that case a 50% of the appointment fee would be charged.

It might be that from your own personal reasons you would need in some occasion to cancel your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation and rescheduling – the site should be informed
at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment

Failure to inform us 72 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and choosing not to reschedule the appointment, will result in a 100% charge of your scheduled appointment.

You have the right to reschedule the appointment only once without being charged the fee of a full session.

Rescheduling for the second time will cause charge of 50% of the appointment fee.

Workshops

The term Workshop refers to play-shop, workshop, initiations, classes and seminars.

The workshop does not offer replacement of a medical care if and as needed.

The organizers and caretakers of a workshop are not responsible in any way for any and all loss or harm that may happen due to the nature of the activity or the use of instruments involved. You take full responsibility.

Your presence through the entire workshop is a necessity to the process, and in case you choose to take partial part in the workshop, you take full responsibility for your condition and will not be reimbursed.

As the participation in most of the workshops includes personal process, there can be occasions that ending time of the class will be prolonged to enable a supporting surrounding for the process, and integration as needed.

In case of sudden physical process we highly recommend to not interrupt the process by using any type of drugs.

If you wish to invite us to teach and lead a workshop in your center, please contact us via the site.

Workshop Cancellation Policy

As our classes and workshops include special material and preparation, and as the number of participations correlates to the workshop and seminar hall,

In case of cancellation, we ask a notification of:

36 hours in advance for an evening class – Unless otherwise stated.

48 hours in advance for a day / weekend workshops and seminars.

One week in advance for longer classes and workshops.

Failure to do so will result in a 100% charge of the workshop fee.

For bigger and longer workshops and seminars, payments made in advance would not be refunded in any case of cancellation.

Workshops Refund Policy

In any case that a refund is needed, it will be made the same way the original payment was made, by Bank transfer or by ‘PayPal’.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks once we have received the return.

Registration

To access certain features of the Site, you may be asked to register through a specified form provided. Such registration may require you to provide personally identifiable information such as your name and email address. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form.
The use of this information will be solely for the purpose for which the information is entered.

The information will not be transferred to another party.

We use highly secure server environment to maintain the safety of your personal information.
